  1. When is the 15th edition of the FestiBlues International de Montréal ?
    • The Festiblues will get the Ahunstic-Cartiervielle community swinging from August 9 to August 12 2012.

  2. Where is held the FestiBlues International de Montréal ?
    • The FestiBlues is held in Ahuntsic Park, in the northern part of Montreal Island. It is close to the Henri-Bourassa metro station, between Lajeunesse and St-Hubert streets. Furthermore, there will be shows at the Maison de la Culture Ahuntsic-Cartierville.

  3. Where is the Maison de la Culture Ahuntsic-Cartierville ?
    • The Maison de la Culture is located at 10 300 Lajeunesse street, on the corner of Fleury Street, also accessible by the Henri-Bourassa metro station.

  4. How much is a ticket for admission ?
    • A ticket is $7. You can also get a passport, for all five days of the festival, for the low price of $18.

  5. What are the opening hours ?
    • The FestiBlues opens its “doors” every day at 5:30 PM. The shows start shortly after 6:00 PM. Consult schedule.

  6. Can I park my car on adjoining streets ?
    • Yes, there are some parking spaces around the Ahuntsic Park, but, to be sure to arrive on time, we suggest you use public transportation! STM’s website

    • Please have a look at our impressive programming in the Program section of our web site, or in the August 6th edition of Journal de Montreal. Postcards will also be sent by mail.

  10. When will the semi-final and grand final of the Up-And-Coming competition be held?
    • The semi-final was held on Saturday, June 4, and the grand finale will be held during the FestiBlues, on August 11, 12 and 13.

  11. Where can I get great souvenirs of my perfect week at the FestiBlues ?
    •  Inside the souvenir tent! Ask one of our fantastically cool and intelligent volunteers for its location.

  12. Are there any restaurants on site ?
    • Besides the food concessions offering a varied choice of menus and our popular beer kiosk, you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the Bistro Métro on the top of the hill, where you can watch the show while sipping a glass of wine and savoring our cheese assortment.

  13. Can I bring my bike, my dog, my energy drink, my glass bottle, my rollerblades or my skateboard to annoy other festival-goers ?
    • No! But you may bring a plastic bottle (if you promise to recycle it). Most important of all, don’t forget your smile!
